Chris has extensive experience of waste projects and is a regular Chair and Speaker at waste conferences. He has acted for Lenders, Sponsors, Subcontractors, Trusts, Local Authorities and Government in all sectors of PPP/PFI. Examples of some recent experience include:

Bedfordshire County Council: lead advisor on the BEaR Waste PFI project. Issues have included; the LGR, joint working, sites issues, planning and other scoping advice.

South West Devon Waste Partnership: advising in relation to their joint waste PFI. Has successfully been through their OBC stage and procurement has commenced. The reference project is incineration EfW with CHP.

Merseyside Waste PFI: advising an EfW waste contractor on their bid submission.

Sheffield City Council: currently advisingon their contractual problems and strategy going forward in relation to the signed integrated waste disposal PFI.

Arc21 Waste PPP: advising on the largest waste PPP project in Northern Ireland.

Southern Waste Management Project (SWaMP): advising 8 District Councils on their waste disposal PPP project in Northern Ireland.
