Head Of Zero Waste Delivery , Scottish Government

Stephen did a degree and Phd in Developmental Biology, before joining the Civil Service. He has held sustainable development roles in both the UK Department of Trade and Industry and the Directorate General for Enterprise and Industry at the European Commission, with specific focus on the interplay between Environment and Business policy. Stephen recently joined Scottish Government to lead delivery of Scotland's Zero Waste Plan.
