Marketing and Development Manager for Leisure, The Borough Council of King's Lynn & West Norfolk

I attended the University of Teesside where I studied for a degree in Business Management and had the opportunity to specialize in Marketing Management at a Masters level - graduating in October 2005.

 Following my graduation I returned to Norfolk where I started at the College of West Anglia as a Marketing Coordinator, then in April 2007 I decided to try my hand at market research working for a marketing and consultancy firm (Insight Track Ltd) in Norwich as a Research Executive.

Whilst I enjoyed the challenges of research I missed the interaction with the public so decided to move back into a more business to consumer role, successfully applying for the position of a Marketing and Development Manager at the Council in October 2008. Although I am relatively new to marketing and waste management in particular I am passionate about protecting the environment and aim to educate and encourage as many people as possible to look after their local environment for others to enjoy in years to come.
