Kim Fellows
Deputy Director for Waste & Pollution Reduction, Scottish Government
Kim joined the Senior Civil Service in July 2002. Her first post was as Head of Health Improvement Division. In August 2006 she took over as Head of Sustainable Development and Biodiversity Division and in May 2007 this became the Greener Scotland Division reporting directly to DG Environment.
Kim is by training a Clinical Biochemist holding first class honours degree and she obtained a Scholarship to study for a Masters in Calgary, Canada. Kim has over 25 years experience in senior management positions of public and private sector organisations, gained before joining the civil service. Main area of interest are Integrated Communications and Management.
