This year the Scottish Government launched its new National Waste Plan for Scotland which brings Zero Waste thinking to the heart of Scottish waste policy. From waste minimisation, recycling efficiency, procurement of waste infrastructure, the Conference will look at the opportunities for continuing Scotland’s development of a sustainable approach to waste management. A whole approach to waste, regardless of whether it comes from the home or from business, new regulatory measures to support a Zero Waste Scotland impact across of Scotland’s society. This two day event offers the most comprehensive forum for discussing how Scotland will take its new plan forward, bringing together key stakeholders to present and discuss latest thinking on implementing ambitious targets for Scotland.
