Exhibition Space
Futuresource will differ from the CIWM Show and is an internal exhibition.
We have listened to comments from all of our customers and by bringing all the exhibits indoors, it will improve footfall to your stand as well as having the added advantage of protecting everybody from the risk of bad weather.
Show Zones
To help visitors find their way around the event and to the stands they want to visit, another improvement we have made is to zone the show. Following the requests of both visitors and exhibitors we have split the exhibition into 6 coloured zones, each representing an industry sector.
Blue Zone - Waste & Water Management
Purple Zone - Professional Services
Yellow Zone - Air & Energy
Red Zone - Street Scene & Facilities Management
Green Zone - Recycling & Composting
Silver Zone - Vehicles & Plant *please see below
To allow you to create the best impression possible for your customers, each zone will contain a variety of stand sizes that will be available as shell scheme or space-only options, which you can adapt to meet your requirements.
If you are interested in exhibiting in the silver area, we have introduced some restrictions to help keep costs down for your company. Please make sure you read the section below before you book your stand.

Worried about height and weight limits? Don't be! ExCeL hosts both the Boat Show and the Motor Show so is used to dealing with large vehicles and tall objects. Any vehicle bearing a point loading under 12 tonnes is absolutely fine and anything over that weight just needs to be checked out with our team to confirm it can fit.

*Silver Zone
Following customer feedback from the vehicle and plant sector, the majority of this area will be a dedicated “no frills” zone so that your stand build costs are kept to a minimum.
If you book a stand in this area, you will have:
• a one-day only build to drive in vehicles, equipment and exhibition units
• a stand floor painted a silver/grey (you may carpet it if you wish)
Restrictions that will apply are:
• all stand building will be prohibited with the exception of flooring and lighting
Items Not Restricted
• Carpet
• Lighting
• Exhibition units
• Catering
• Furniture
• Electricity/water/waste/communications supplies

Shell Scheme in the Silver Zone
If your company operates in the vehicles and plant sector but doesn’t have large equipment to display, we have added a small area at the edge of this hall for shell scheme stands so that you can still exhibit within this zone.
The no frills policy will not apply in this section though and normal shell scheme rates will apply to any stand you book here.
